• In your role as a payment specialist, your mission includes guiding, providing support, and working on problem-solving towards internal departments, Swedbank, and Savings Banks regarding international payment products.
• Be involved in the development of existing and new payment solutions, from product development to delivery and support of our international payment products.
• Have contact with foreign banks.
• Be involved in designing and providing training to stakeholders, responsible for participating in forums, projects, and improvement work.
• Work together with wonderful colleagues and have the opportunity to develop professionally.
• Be part of an exciting transformation journey in the payment market.

In this role, you need:

• Experience in international payments.
• Previous experience from support functions or operational activities within the banking or finance industry.
• A high level of service and always putting the customer in focus.
• To be analytical and solution-oriented while being service-minded, a good listener, and having pedagogical skills.
• The ability to collaborate and prioritize together with colleagues.
• To be a team player who contributes positive energy and good humor.
• The willingness to constantly develop and learn new things.
• The ability to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
• For this role, it is mandatory to be present at the office Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 to perform your tasks.
